Watauga County Board of Elections Meeting
The Watauga County Board of Elections meets on Election Day. Open to the public at the courthouse. Agenda: approval of the Nov. 2 minutes, the director's update, tabulating early voting results, and review and approval of absentee envelopes. The board then recesses and reconvenes to tabulate approved absentee-by-mail ballots received by 7:30 p.m., approve the absentee abstract, and review photo ID exception affidavit forms from Election Day.
