Hike Beech- Guided Hike- Owl Prowl
Please join us for a free guided hike on the Owl Prowl Trail- hikes will be approximately 1-1/1/2 hours. Please bring water and wear appropriate footwear. The hike departs promptly at 10 AM from the Buckeye Recreation Center . For more information, please call 828-387-3003.
The Owl Prowl Trail is a mile-and-a-half loop on Beech Mountain, and the Town is running free guided hikes Thursday mornings starting at ten. Bring water, bring shoes that grip, show up on time. The guide will actually know what lives out there and when to shut up and listen. One-thirty is when you're done and back at Buckeye Recreation Center.
