Wilkes Art Gallery in North Wilkesboro will host an opening reception for two exhibitions on Sept. 11 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The shows, titled Menagerie and Pickin' the Ridge, will feature work by regional artists including recent Northwest Artists' Exhibition award winners.
