Avery County High School Viking Band will perform "The Price of Glory," a free public show featuring their 2026 exhibition performance described as a cautionary tale of fame. The performance comes after the band won first place and the G.O.A.T. Award at the Maiden festival. Band director Jeff Hodges is inviting the community to attend.
