Down Home North Carolina's Watauga County chapter will screen the documentary "Theory of Change," which focuses on organizing efforts in Ashe and Watauga counties, at the Appalachian Theatre on Oct. 8. The free event runs from 6 to 8 p.m. and includes a community gathering.
