Holtsclaw, Bailey take oath to join Avery Board of Education

Lan Holtsclaw and Coleman Bailey were sworn in as members of the Avery County Board of Education during a ceremony Wednesday at Avery High School. The oath-taking was attended by family members of the new board members.
