Boone Police charged a Lenoir man with two counts of felony hit-and-run after a collision on West King Street that injured two pedestrians. The incident left the pedestrians with potentially life-threatening injuries, according to police. Tristan Joseph Schreiber, 29, of Lenoir, was the subject of the charges.
