The Doc and Rosa Lee Watson Music Festival, a longtime annual event held in Sugar Grove, is returning to the Appalachian Theatre while repairs continue at its traditional Sugar Grove location following hurricane damage. The festival had been held for over two decades at the grounds of the former Cove Creek School before relocating for this year's event.
