The Boone Golf Club is proposing a residential development on its property that would add approximately 90 housing units while preserving all 18 golf holes. The development would use the practice range, the old 9th fairway, and two acres off Kellwood Drive. The town council is scheduled to hear an informal presentation on the proposal tonight.
