Additional $197 million approved for Hurricane Helene recovery, nearly $600K for Beech Mountain

FEMA approved an additional $197 million in funding for more than 30 recovery and mitigation projects across North Carolina communities affected by Hurricane Helene and previous disasters. Beech Mountain received nearly $600,000 of the approved funding.
