Least of These Carolinas, a foster care nonprofit based in Gastonia, is opening a new hub location in Wilkes County to serve children in foster and kinship care across the region. The hub will cover Wilkes, Caldwell, Watauga, Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe and surrounding counties.
