Flooding is occurring in parts of the High Country after 4 to locally 7 inches of rain fell since Saturday morning from the remnants of Hurricane Isaias. The National Weather Service has issued Flood Warnings, Flood Advisories and a Flood Watch for the area including Watauga County.
