Blue Ridge Conservancy and landowners Alice and Ron Linville completed a 121-acre conservation easement in Old Fields Township of Ashe County, adjacent to Bluff Mountain Preserve. The easement protects land in the area through a legal agreement between the conservancy and the property owners.
