The Town of Blowing Rock is continuing replacement work on the Park Avenue waterline, with completion expected by Nov. 13. Leaf pickup is underway, and the town is also handling early voting information, Halloween Festival activities scheduled for Oct. 31, and Christmas Parade registration.
