Results by county from the NC State Board of Elections, refreshed as the State Board posts
them on election night. These are unofficial tallies, not calls: mail and provisional ballots can still
change them, and a county can show a leader before most of its precincts have reported. A darker shade means a bigger lead, in percentage points over second place. Watauga, Ashe and
Avery are outlined. Official results: er.ncsbe.gov.
This view shows how many people have voted early in person in each county, split by the party they are
registered with, from the NC State Board of Elections. Registration is not a vote: someone registered with one party can vote for
any candidate, and the State Board does not know, and does not record, who anyone voted for.
Election results appear in the other view after polls close.
This is not an election result. It shows the party early voters are registered with.
It does not show, and cannot show, who anyone voted for. Results post here after polls close at 7:30pm on Tuesday, Nov. 3.
