The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory for the High Country and surrounding areas, with east winds of 10 to 20 mph and gusts up to 40 mph expected, with a few locations possibly reaching 45 mph. The advisory remains in effect until 8:00 AM EDT on October 11.
