A man is being held in Watauga County Jail in connection with a shooting investigation in Johnson County, Tennessee. The Johnson County Sheriff's Office charged 51-year-old Kevin Phillips of the Neva Community with Aggravated Domestic Assault in connection with last week's incident in that community.
