Appalachian State University's Parent to Parent program is hosting a Halloween celebration called "The Great Parent to Parent Pumpkin Palooza" on Oct. 31 from noon to 3 p.m. The event invites High Country families to enjoy activities, build connections, and participate in family-friendly festivities at the university.
