The 11th annual Mayland Black Jar Honey Contest will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 15 at Homeplace Beer Co. in downtown Burnsville. Residents are invited to taste and judge entries from local beekeepers to determine which honey is the best-tasting.
