Blue Ridge Conservancy has received a conservation easement covering 86.7 acres of the Valle Crucis Conference Center's property, protecting the historic campus and headwater streams of Crab Orchard Creek in perpetuity. The easement represents a continuation of the two organizations' partnership on conservation efforts in the area.
