Flood Watch issued July 12 at 11:51PM EDT until July 13 at 8:00PM EDT by NWS Blacksburg VA

The National Weather Service issued a flood watch for portions of northwest North Carolina, including Watauga, Wilkes and Yadkin counties, through Monday evening. The watch warns that excessive rainfall could cause flooding of rivers, creeks and streams in the area.
